Untick a column to remove it from the downloaded template. The template is always empty (header row only). Columns marked * are required and cannot be removed. This choice is remembered in this browser.
Add your own column (for example PINCODE or SOURCE). It appears in the template, in the upload column mapping and in Saved cases. The Excel / CSV header should have the same name.
Choose a username, password and role. To change someone's password or role, enter the same username again. Name must match the name used in Excel for Manager / Team Leader / TC roles (leave the password empty to keep the old one).
